Relapse: The Cost Of War

After seeing his best friend incarcerated in Afghanistan's most brutal prison, Damien Collins, part of an elite intelligence gathering team enlisted in the fight against ISIS, returns to the United States to put his world back together. Relapse picks up where Andrew E. Coussens' first novel, A Failed State, left off.  We watch Damien wrestle with anxiety, a looming divorce and custody battle for his daughter all while training to deploy to a brand new area of operations in the Global War On Terror.   Meanwhile, Loki is trying to maintain his composure and stay alive against a multitude of risks within the prison walls.  As the elusive ISIS twins plot to bring even more carnage to Europe, Leo and the team has their hands full trying to stop them.  Relapse takes you into the deteriorating family lives and minds of these three operators intent on defeating ISIS, regardless of personal cost.
